y i'm blur?

when someone talking to me,my brain produces 100 million ways to responds and 10 million of imaginations .My eye focusing on 180 degree of vission and my ears hear every sound that was produced.it likes 1 thousand billion of information i receive every milisecond. My brain cant process that much of data bcoz it can only process 500 billion of data every milisecond and as the result i could'nt say or respond to anything but to smile.^^
